Concept of an Industrial TV for the illustration of a novel. 

It had to be set in the far future, where technology has rather decayed instead of developing. Therefore a technology level of the 1960's had to be implemented, with maintaining a certain Sci-fi look. In the planning phase I stumbled upon a vintage oscilloscope which I liked very much so I build the main shape similarly and developed from there, with adding camera, gauges and speakers. The asset has to look used, so I created materials, which are rusty, cracked and scratched.

The asset will be used later in a larger scene, therefore it is rendered here just in front of a plain background
